We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Costs
A flat-rate freight shipping fee of $350 applies to all orders.
Shipping is fulfilled via freight delivery services.
Order Processing & Delivery
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Time: In-stock items generally ship within 3–5 business days. Transit times may vary based on destination and freight scheduling.
Delivery Method: All stove orders are delivered via freight curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at support@premiumstoves.com.
Receiving & Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing
- Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@premiumstoves.com.
We will assist with claims and provide resolution in accordance with freight carrier policies.
