Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no exceptions.

Order Processing and Shipping

Handling time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: Shipments generally take 2-3 business days for delivery once shipped (Monday – Friday).
Total Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days based on the customer's location.
Shipping Providers: All deliveries are made through UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send tracking details to the email provided. If you haven’t received tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@premiumstoves.com.

Delivery Inspection

When your items arrive, please inspect them carefully for any visible damage. If any damage is noticed, ensure it is documented on the delivery receipt. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours for swift resolution.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@premiumstoves.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Order Refusal Policy

If an order is refused for reasons other than shipping errors or damage, a 20% restocking fee may apply, along with any applicable shipping costs.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (PST) for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

To ensure that we remain competitive, we work closely with our suppliers and follow Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies.
